It can be a challenge for us to navigate crowded spaces, and the staff was so kind and supportive in respecting my needs to ensure my children’s safety.
They were incredibly accommodating by helping me set up a 'safe zone' at our table. Because I needed to stay closely focused on my children to prevent any eloping, the staff was happy to bring our food directly to the table and leave it there for me, which allowed me to stay with my kids the entire time without any extra stress.
What really set them apart was their empathy when we were leaving. I realized after getting to the car that we were in desperate need of drink refills, but getting the kids back out would have been impossible at that moment. The staff went above and beyond to find a way to accommodate us so I could get those refills without having to unload the children again. “I just want to say thank you very much to the staff and who I guess was the owner. I ordered my food and lo and behold I didn't have enough funds to pay for total price, made a phone call to get some money onto my cash app and it still wasn't enough s, so with 2.27 remaining out of my 10.77 meal the owner just waved me on and let me have meal owing that 2.27. brought a tear to my eye and I will be ever grateful. The chicken is awesome with the mash taters. And drinks taste good too. 10/10 thank you Julio's!!!!???“
