“I just left there a while ago. I went in for custard and fries to go. I bought two quarts and two pints and two cones, so I needed ice in my little insulated carrier. I mentioned it to Robbie (I hope it’s spelled correctly) and she asked Caleb and he was VERY cheerful and friendly, and asked if he could put ice in and layer it for me. We got home and it was still firmly frozen after an hour! The two of them really cheered me up because I was very tired. Great atmosphere and staff! Thank you.“

“Went through drive thru and got the chicken, fish and shrimp platter. When I got back to work, I had no shrimp or additional chicken or fish to compensate for not getting the shrimp. I tried calling the restaurant a few times and it goes to a voicemail. I didn't receive a receipt to go back at a later time. We love Long John's their food is always fresh and delicious, first issue we have had from this location. We will still be going back!“

What we really liked was that this Sonic had to the side an order speaker for RVs and Trucks with trailers. We were in an RV and this was so convenient. Have never seen this at any other Sonic. “This is absolutely my favorite golden chic in the area I'll drive here to eat before going to the one in terrell on state hwy 34. I also seen a lot of the bad reviews were ment for the hwy 34 location based off of the pictures and descriptions. This specific one is attached to a gas station in the talty area and has always provided great food service and a clean environment. I advise people to double check location before bashing a perfectly good establishment.“

“I want to share my sincere gratitude for the incredible team at this location. I visited during a busy lunch rush with my two children, who have special needs. It can be a challenge for us to navigate crowded spaces, and the staff was so kind and supportive in respecting my needs to ensure my children’s safety.
They were incredibly accommodating by helping me set up a 'safe zone' at our table. Because I needed to stay closely focused on my children to prevent any eloping, the staff was happy to bring our food directly to the table and leave it there for me, which allowed me to stay with my kids the entire time without any extra stress.
What really set them apart was their empathy when we were leaving. I realized after getting to the car that we were in desperate need of drink refills, but getting the kids back out would have been impossible at that moment. The staff went above and beyond to find a way to accommodate us so I could get those refills without having to unload the children again. Thank you so much to the entire team for your patience, kindness, and for making a high-stress day so much easier for our family!“

“Ordered Pizza Hut for dinner cause we had a few people over and didnt wanna deal with cooking. Got two pizzas and some wings, everything showed up about when they said it would. One pizza couldve used a little more cheese but the other one was really good. Wings had plenty of sauce and nothing was cold when it got here. Order was right too which is always a plus when your getting a bunch of stuff. Pretty good experience overall.“

“They understand the assignment! When I took mayo off my chicken sandwich and put in ranch dipping sauce, they knew where that ranch was headed and put it right on my sandwich for me. Love that! I just wish I hadn't forgotten the Arby's sauce for my fries!“

“I recently visited the Golden Chick in Terrell, and I was so impressed by the positive changes! You can really tell there is new leadership in place. The new General Manager, Axel, is doing a phenomenal job. He was visible in the dining area, making sure everything was running smoothly and checking in on guests, which you don't always see in fast food.
The customer service was top-notch—friendly, fast, and professional. As for the food, it was amazing. My Golden Tenders were perfectly crispy and hot, the rolls were fresh and buttery, and the sides were delicious.
If you haven’t been to this location in a while, it’s definitely time to come back. Axel and his team have really leveled up the experience here. Highly recommended!“

But now the service is wonderful and the food is great and fast.
