“The manager at night is always on point. I don't know how day shift is but definitely good people here all around. It's not like your usual taco bell and they don't mind you pulling around to check your order to see if it's all correct but there won't be a need to go inside to correct your order because it's always correct the way you want it. ?“

“We had a great experience today. I took my 2 son's to eat and we were told to have a seat. We did and Kayla was our server. We asked what drinks they had and Kayla told us they had Pepsi products. We didnt know which ones yall had. Letting me know which pepsi drinks yall have would have been great. We ordered cheese sticks to start. They came out hot and good. We ordered a large stuffed crust pep and chicken Alfredo pasta for us all to share. Although we never got a refill on our drinks and after food was dropped off, we didn't get checked on until the check was dropped off...food was still good. We only recieved 1 silverware roll for the table, we split pasta, so my oldest son went to the front and asked for silverware and was given a single plastic fork.... odd since we were dine in so he should have been handed 2 more silverware rolls..we did have to eat our food off of our appetizer plates which had ranch and marinara on them already bcuz we split the app as well. New clean plates would have been better. We ordered a cookie as the check was being dropped off. Cookie took awhile but it was okay bcuz it was hot. We planned to eat it there but another lady dropped it off in a to go container without plates so we took that as a clue that we werent welcome anymore. Paying 60$ plus a tip..... I don't want to be rushed. These are things that can be fixed. Food was great, hot, as ordered, and server was sweet just not attentive or understanding of how the flow of the meal should go. Dropping a check off before I finished my food meaning I had to stop eating and dig my card out... dine in means a dine in experience. It should flow together at the customer's pace. Especially when spending a good amount of money for dinner. The kitchen was on it. They were working very well together and getting food out hot and made correctly even as it got busy. . . U could tell they were in a great mood and just in sync. There was a dark hair male server who was working his tale off. He was working tables inside and taking orders outside to vehicles. I never once seen him stop moving. He wasn't rushing people out, he was attentive, and pleasant. The bathroom was clean and the overall restaurant was clean. Very clean inside and out. The blonde haird lady who dropped off the cookie just said "yall got a cookie" while looking at the restaurant and not us. Then awkwardly walked off lol. Again, would have been ideal to eat the last part of our meal when it was hot. Who doesn't want to eat a cookie when it's freshly made, hot, and gooey???? That's when u want it. Heating it back up at home isn't the same. The cookie edges get hard when u reheat it. Js. Honest review here.“

“The food is not bad I like being able to choose more than what they offer for what they do offer it's actually pretty well done
Parking: Finding the parking spot is really hard to find you have to go behind Denny's and go around the back area but there's plenty of spots to park
Kid-friendliness: I have seen other kids in there and they seem to be very nice to my kids they do speak very nice to any patron that is in there
Wheelchair accessibility: As far as I can tell you should be able to get a wheelchair and there are handicap spaces outside and inside so you should be okay to get in“

“I go to this location every work day for a salad. It's always super clean, they always get my order right (I ask for salads to be done a certain way) and the staff is just so great. Always smiling, always great moods. Never been to a better Subway with better staff or service.“

“I come here every day every morning and I recently tried the bagels at McDonald's, and I have to say, they were absolutely delicious! The bagels were perfectly toasted, with a crispy exterior and a soft, chewy interior. The flavors were spot on, and the ingredients were fresh and high-quality. Whether you're grabbing a quick breakfast or a snack on the go, McDonald's bagels are definitely worth trying. Highly recommend!"“

“Me and my boys drove by and saw the decorated windows and realized this location is still opened! So we turned around and ordered some dinner! The woman working the window was so sweet and so helpful with ordering! The food was fresh, hot and delicious! The building just needs a little face lift is all! Yall go get some chicken they're opened!“

“I was here on a Saturday night just minding my own business. I went to the drive thru and turns out it was closed, so then I pulled up into a stall and ordered. My order took 15 minutes to arrive. While I was waiting for my order, I see one of my favorite carhop/drive thru worker George. Let me tell you, he is funny as hell ?. I love seeing his smile everyday, good characteristics, and always taking care of any problems if something isn’t right. He’s also making sure everyone has a smile on their face after receiving their order. Well this restaurant was so full of cars and it was busy. And when I tell you it’s full of cars I’m saying packed with cars and no parking space available. I see George running back and forth handing out orders or anything like cards, straws, or sauces and etc. When George handed out my order, I can already see that he was the only carhop, and I can already see the tears in his eyes wishing for the rush to stop. He was slowly tearing up and smiling the same time and I can feel his pain. This store needs to figure out hiring new people and start paying more. George better get a RAISE and vacation for this. He is a HARD WORKING MAN! My food was ok but not great. I didn’t want to press the red button because I don’t want to make this man miserable and I know he is tired. I wish I got in contact with the manager and ask if they needed help because I would loved to help the community out for free.“

“I would give a better rating if I had received better customer service. I received my order hot and fast. However when I pulled up to the drive-thru window, all the employee flatly said was the amount of my total. I gave her my card, she took it in, handed it back to me and handed me my order and then closed the window the second it reached my hand, before I could even ask for ketchup. She didn't say one word or smile the whole time. For all I know she was having a bad day or just hates her job but either way if you work in customer service you shouldn't let that affect the way you interact with customers.“

“This morning we were passing through and ordered 2 ham breakfast croissants and 1 sausage breakfast croissant. When we pulled up to the window, no cars in front of us, we were immediately handed our order. I handed the lady our card, she swiped it, handed it back and said Thank you. We were never offered a receipt. We got a few miles down the road heading home and realized the sandwiches were cold, bread was hard and the cheese had even began to turned dark yellow and hard. My wife turned in a complaint online and 20 minutes later the GM called. Apparently it was the GM at the window who proceeded to argue that she made our order fresh before handing it to us, which she could not have done as there was not enough time!! She eventually offered to remake it for us but we were in Scurry and on our way to College Station. We declined. Looks like corporate may make it right for us.“

“My family and I eat here every time we fly in from Washington state. We get out of the Dallas madness and settle in at this particular Whataburger. We have a wonderful meal before we head to Nacogdoches always a great time!!“
