“This location doesn't have much seating but most people just pick up and go. Reward program make sure you sign up so you earn sandwiches. Both the hot and cold sandwiches each have their own twist on them and they are executed very well . Cost is in line with other sandwich shops even the ones that lag behind with their best up looking sandwiches ( Subway )”

Not only did they return it, no questions asked, but the manager Zach delivered it to our table personally with his apologies. Make no mistake, the food was great it just wasn't what my daughter thought it would be. Top notch service and great food. Highly recommend "Terrell" Roadhouse”

“We have visited the Tortilleria On multiple occasions, giving them chances after chances, and it just keeps being an epic FAIL. Our orders are never made correctly and when you tell them anything they have an attitude problem. Let me correct that they have a attitude as soon as you walk on the door they are not friendly at all(most of our interactions have been with the young girl at the front). We ordered food today. And of course we had a plate missing when my husband came home with the bag. And then we proceed to open the food that we did have to check and make sure that the orders were correct and on my son's torta only had beans and cheese when it was supposed to include some meat. My husband went back up there and the girl was rude and rolled her eyes. There was even another customer up there with their incorrect order. Disappointing.”

We asked for to go cup for the tea said they would have to charge double never heard of this! Owner/manager needs to come out and watch how service is slow”

“We had never been in before and it was a pleasurable experience. We were greeted by Whitney who was beyond friendly and helpful. We also did some shopping in the fresh section which was awesome. This place is awesome, would recommend and we will be back. Thanks to Whitney and her crew! I never really write reviews but when somebody does an excellent job, they should get some credit.”

“My husband and I came on a Friday evening after watching a movie at Film Alley. We decided to stop by for a burger and then dessert. I am a little disappointed on their burgers, I got the double cheese burger Cali Style. I guess I've been spoiled with GOOD burgers that this one was basic. The patties so flatten together, both make one real patty. The flavor is OK. The fries were my favorite. Thin and crispy, but my basket had a good amount. Then dessert, I got the medium hot fudge sundae, no whip. It lacked presentation, but the flavors were all there. I love their custard. So smooth and yummy. We'll maybe come back for the dessert ?”

“The taste of the bbq is great but the service sucks! whoever works the evening shift slicing the meat needs to be taught how. and the difference between meat for chopped beef and sliced beef. also who eats a crap load of fat? we are very disappointed in our food, definitely not $30 worth. we will not be back unfortunately due to this place can't seem to get it right.”

“We’ve been wanting to try the Church’s Chicken in Terrell for quite some time but just hadn’t gotten around to it. I’m glad we tried it out today. The chicken was delicious and crispy. The honey butter biscuits were really good as well. All of the food was fresh! Overall, we had a great experience.”

“The cashier was very welcoming and nice. The place was clean. The cooks had gloves on as they prepared food. The steak just didn’t have any seasoning and it wasn’t juicy. The presentation was nice. Just not enough flavor and a bit on the dry side.”

“We enjoyed our visit after a few rounds of bowling. The food was pretty good, but I had some issues. First, while our steaks were likely 16 oz, they were broad but thin. This makes steaks tougher and more difficult to get the correct temp. We ordered our steaks medium rare, but they were medium, bordering medium well. We don't believe in wasting food or time, so sending them back wasn't an option. Second, our server, while very sweet, was absent. There were a total of 5 tables sat, and it took an awfully long time to even submit our drink order. Then she put our table number in wrong, so all of our food kept being delivered to the next table - bless them for being honest and pretty cool. Like I said, we really did enjoy our visit, but there were WAY too many employees just standing at the bar (managers included) for service to be as slow as it was. I'm only posting this to give management an opportunity to address breakdowns in service, which can easily be remedied.”
