let me start off by saying for a long long time now, I would tell you that I love Texas Roadhouse. it doesn't matter which county we live in, we have always made her to have it to keep it high on our list. we eat out a lot, several times a month will spend out and about for lunch or dinner. We went in as a family of 4 tonight. With it being 7pm on a Saturday night, the place was packed. We were fortunate enough to be sat in Jamone’s section and she was phenomenal. She was polite, exuding a positive and friendly attitude and was extremely attentive. Our order was perfect and our drinks were never empty. Not everyone is made for customer service, but I can tell you that Jamone is! Thank you, Jamone! Keep being awesome!
The service was horrible ordered a salad, only to receive it 15 mins later then steak was cold and to top it all off the sweet potato was burnt.
