“Working from home one day, we were super busy, & I didn't have time to fix anything to eat. I tried to order thru doordash (DD), but DD canceled my order multiple times, so I called the restaurant a couple of times and spoke with Karen; I believe she is a manager. As busy as they are, she worked with DD to finally get the issue resolved, & I was able to place my order. She even threw in a brookie for me for having to wait. She was professional, extremely helpful, and kind. I greatly appreciate her help in getting the situation fixed so that I cd place my order! “I want to share my sincere gratitude for the incredible team at this location. I visited during a busy lunch rush with my two children, who have special needs. It can be a challenge for us to navigate crowded spaces, and the staff was so kind and supportive in respecting my needs to ensure my children’s safety.
They were incredibly accommodating by helping me set up a 'safe zone' at our table. Because I needed to stay closely focused on my children to prevent any eloping, the staff was happy to bring our food directly to the table and leave it there for me, which allowed me to stay with my kids the entire time without any extra stress.
What really set them apart was their empathy when we were leaving. I realized after getting to the car that we were in desperate need of drink refills, but getting the kids back out would have been impossible at that moment. The staff went above and beyond to find a way to accommodate us so I could get those refills without having to unload the children again. Thank you so much to the entire team for your patience, kindness, and for making a high-stress day so much easier for our family!“
