“Working from home one day, we were super busy, & I didn't have time to fix anything to eat. I tried to order thru doordash (DD), but DD canceled my order multiple times, so I called the restaurant a couple of times and spoke with Karen; I believe she is a manager. As busy as they are, she worked with DD to finally get the issue resolved, & I was able to place my order. She even threw in a brookie for me for having to wait. She was professional, extremely helpful, and kind. I greatly appreciate her help in getting the situation fixed so that I cd place my order! “Online order placed at Jimmy Johns Store # 4641 Terrell, I am giving a 5 star on the food because I have had the BEST Jimmy Johns sandwich ever I barley come to this location, and I've been to others and ordered one of my favorites the #11with some personal changes, it was toasted and flavored to perfection! So I called them up and got a name. Biggest KUDDOS to Mari, you NAILED it please continue doing what you're doing. Team is very customer friendly, for sure I'll start coming a little more frequently.“

It was my first time, and I have to say, they were cooked to perfection—fresh, flavorful, and served incredibly fast. I ordered the Old School Cheesesteak with extra meat and some additional toppings, paired with a regular order of fries and a strawberry lemonade. Everything was absolutely delicious, and I left feeling completely satisfied. Definitely worth it! If you’re shopping in this Walmart, I highly recommend giving this place a try.“
