“We've been intending on coming by to try your sandwiches and thought yesterday was a good time after we finished up with my blood work. So we headed to your shop to pick up sandwiches to take home. We've recently had some trouble with our car overheating and sure enough it was really hot when we pulled in. Several of your young friendly employees came out to see if they could help us. We decided we'd let the car cool off while we went in to check out your menu. All your employees were helpful answering questions and offering suggestions.We each ordered a sandwich, chips, a drink and settled in to enjoy our late lunch. “So one of my favorite relatives works here, so I may be biased. However, the meatball sandwich is my favorite. The cashier was not my relative but she was very friendly. The offspring of my sister prepared my sandwich and it was prepared with love, which I am sure is how they prepare it all the time. Also the person with the green hair rocks!“
“Ordered today on the mobile app. The place was really busy, but the girls were working so hard to keep up with the app orders and customers that were at their location. My sandwich was amazing and they had such a wonderful attitude. They don’t get enough credit for doing their job. Even though I had to wait it was well worth it.“
“It's a far, far cry from the Schlotzskys of a few years ago. No large sandwiches any more, barely any olive mix on the bottom of our Turkey Originals, and the flavor of the meat and the bread just don't taste as fresh as they used to. Super helpful window lady, and food was prepared very fast. But we paid $30+ for 3 medium sandwiches that were just very "meh". Sad to say, but that was probably my last visit to Schlotzskys, it was not worth the money and not anywhere near as tasty as it used to be. ?“
“A+ upgraded team today, that actually understands customer service thankfully!I’ve had a few really really bad experiences with basic customer service and orders not correct but today they had not one but two new faces Josh and a young lady who’s name tag I couldn’t see but they were both impressive! Super service oriented, excellent communication skills and overall clearly cared about what they do. Glad this location made some changes! Much needed and noticed!“
