She just called me to let me know that she called the restaurant to find out how to get a sub delivered as she doesn’t know how to use any apps and no longer drives. The staff went above and beyond to help her and took care of everything. Thank you so much to Savannah and the rest of the staff who made her night tonight. The genuine kindness brought tears to my eyes!“

“I can't say enough positive things about this location. We placed an online order and became stuck in traffic just prior to closing time. We called and they were unbelievably gracious to stay a few extra minutes until we got there and then kindly gave our daughter an extra cookie at that. All with kind words and smiles on their faces! Sadly, you don't see service like that every day and I certainly wanted to give them the recognition! Thank you so much!“

“Not sure if they recently hired new people or I might've never seen the employees who worked there on my most recent visit today 8/12 around 5 PM. The ladies working were super helpful and sweet, made my sandwich fast and it tasted great! This is a huge difference from my previous visits here with slow service and poorly made sandwiches. Glad to see some good changes and looking forward to coming back for more sandwiches and great service.“

“This place has been on my mind since I saw the outside advertisement for their reuben. I stopped by today and dry their Reuben for the first time. It was very tasty, I was worried that they may not put enough meat in it but they put just the right amount of meat in the sandwich, the right amount of sauerkraut, and it was nice and warmed up as well. Rye bread comes standard with it so when you're filling out the sheet for your sandwich you don't have to mark white or wheat. I tried their homemade chips as well they were very crunchy and had salt and pepper flavoring. Overall I was very pleased with my sandwich, they had enough air conditioning to be comfortable and the restaurant seemed clean.“

“I love this location! Always clean at this location, the food is always fresh. The staff is always nice except for this one guy, but you could tell he was a bit immature and young. So I excused it, and I will continue to go to the location.“

“I was so excited about my pickle sandwich that I forgot to grab a bag of chips that I payed for with my pickles. I didn't relize it till I got all the way home. Besides that my pickle sandwiches were amazing. Especially with the jalepeno dipping sauce. A must try if you love pickles!“

“We were given a wait time of 25-30 minutes, but were seated in less than 10-15 minutes. In a Saturday night, that is pretty good. The waitress was great. Normally, they'd bug you every 2 minutes asking if you need anything or the complete opposite and you're looking for the waiter/waitress to serve you & they're nowhere to be found. The food is always amazing, so of course we'll be back. With it being cool/cold outside, they had options to go on a heated patio. That's very considerate and comforting to customers & the employees.“
