“This subway is clean but it's got random things in there. The bread is always so fresh. The people are nice. The only complaint I have is when ordering the beast and you don't want salami at least offer to put something else that comes on sandwich in place of salami.“

“I brought my sweet grandma her first sub from here earlier this week, and she loved it! She just called me to let me know that she called the restaurant to find out how to get a sub delivered as she doesn’t know how to use any apps and no longer drives. The staff went above and beyond to help her and took care of everything. Thank you so much to Savannah and the rest of the staff who made her night tonight. The genuine kindness brought tears to my eyes!“

“I placed a semi large phone order for a scheduled event. Ten minutes later I get a phone call and I am being informed that I need to go in to the store to place my order. I live in Ferris but at the far end and it would take me a while to get there. I had planned my order with enough time so it would be ready and warm for the event. After a back and forth with the manager, she agreed to start on my order.“

“The Spicy Italian sub was very good! The server didn't explain why she charged full price for the foot long sub instead of $4.99. We also bought a bag of chips and a drink. I thought it would be 4.99 for sub+ 2.50 for chip & drink, but we paid $5 + for the sub. Other than that issue, the food was good. Just check your receipt for correct pricing.“

“My tuna wrap was ordered and delivered from doordash app. I ordered my tuna wrap with American cheese ?, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes ?, pickles, and green bell pepper . I like it so much better than as a sandwich ?. I have placed an order to be delivered to my mom who lives in another state ?.“

“Unnecessary wait. Usually when there are 2 people, each makes sandwiches and charges customers so that there is no wait. The female was restocking the plastic wear behind the counter, never acknowledged us nor the customer behind us. We had to wait for the young man to make the sandwiches for the two customers in front of us. The female did stop what she was doing to man the cash register. Worse service we've ever had in a Subway. She did the same thing with us and the customer behind us.“
