This was my very first visit to Jersey Mike’s, and at first I was honestly nervous. As soon as I saw the prep area and how many hands each sandwich passed through, I was scared and almost walked out without ordering. With celiac disease, cross-contamination is always a serious concern for me, and most restaurants don’t take it as seriously as they should.

it's the first time I've ever eating there and I love it .. I had Rosemary bread and I've got to get the recipe😆😆
Had a delivery order yesterday and a sandwich was completely missing. Called the store and whoever answered was rude and not even apologetic. Went back today and the staff was amazing and very nice. They replaced it without any problems
