This was my first visit to an Arby's in decades. A friend of mine was craving their sandwiches so I offered to pick it up for her. I decided to order as well and set up an account on the app. The app kept kicking me out of my order. I had to use the website instead. As I waited for my order, I noticed that it was over 3 minutes from the time it said it would be ready. Food just doesn't have any flavor or the quality like it used to. More bread than meat. Cheese has no flavor. Cutting corners gonna cost in the long run. Won't be thinking of them as an option next time I'm hungry!
