The young lady's are so nice and professional and very helpful. But it seemed there AC was not working, not good if you need to come and have lunch. That's the only bad thing it's hot while you eat.

I visited Subway yesterday while in Terrell, Texas and from the moment I walked in, the first impression was AMAZING! The manager was so upbeat, professional, sweet, and truly had the best energy. You could tell she genuinely cared about her customers and her store.

Went in for a sandwich only to be told there was no bread ready and it would take 30 mins to prep more. I dont understand why bread was not prepped when they seen they were running out. I dont understand how these establishments are managed so poorly.
