The second time coming and both times there were miscommunications with how our order was taken, this most recently, my coworker ordered right after me and his burger was in my order, also I ordered a chicken version of the pretzel pub sandwich and got a beef version instead.
My coworker and I had to switch our meals around and try and make sense of what went where, also he stated he wanted to dine in and yet it was given as a to go. Which no big deal but on top of all...read full review

Staff who work here late night are still kind and efficient!
Just left there, all the staff very friendly, HOWEVER the lady behind the counter making the sandwiches......was killin..... It!!!!! Amazing to watch, no unneeded motions just speed and quality!

Wendy's offers mixed experiences, with some customers finding the food subpar and service lacking. The burgers seemed fresher and more flavorful. It is easy to access from the south side of the interstate. The cashier is the friendliest and a keeper. Some food is not prepared fresh and can be only warm, not hot. The Frosty can be somewhat melted. The employees can seem like they don't want to be there and may not give a receipt. Orders can be wrong with missing items or the wrong nuggets and fries.
