Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has both positive and negative experiences. At one location, the morning workers Monday thru Friday are an amazing team who take pride and care. A barista always remembers a husband's drink, and a gentleman makes drinks that are on point. The caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino with extra crunch and caramel is always made to perfection. Another location has friendly service and a convenient location right off I-20, with a favorite grilled cheese sandwich and fall drinks. However, another location had employees who were as cold as the temperature, with a hot coffee that was warm. One reviewer also mentioned that the seating is now quite uncomfortable, so they do not go back in there anymore.
