We hadn't been to a Long John Silver's in quite a while, but the food was just as good as we remembered. There was some confusion when ordering, however. I had previously looked at this restaurants online menu and decided on what to order. However, the baskets were not shown on the posted menu inside. LJS is always a little treat for my mother and I after our Dr appointment in Kaufman, and it's always been very good. But the last visit, size of the fish filets is noticeably smaller, but still delicious, and may have completely been a one-off. We will be going back on Tuesday so I will edit my review if the larger pieces *resurface* . ?

Food was delicious and the staff was nice! I wish I asked or checked for a name tag of the lady at the to-go window. She was very sweet and nice. Having a friendly manner goes such a long way. I will definitely be back!
