Drive thru is awesome, but you can hang it up n wait if you pull into a stall n park. I have yet to get service that way, I just put it in reverse n go thru drive thru. If it happens again, I will not return. They must have gotten trained by the bunch of lazy a** in Kemp
This is the fourth time I've given this Sonic a try. All have been bad experiences. Usually I love Sonic, so I thought these experiences might be out of the norm. I get the same few items every time. A number 1, just meat/cheese/ketchup with large tater tot and a lemonade slush or cookie dough blast for the drink. Been waiting in line for 30min for 2 drinks, usually they tell the person that's order is taking so long to pull ahead, and normally if you order just drinks someone brings them out to you. The problem isn't just this location it's all sonics that seem to take forever to get your order.
