They simply don't understand easy ice. Wether I order on the app or order it on the speaker the drinks are packed to the top. Simply don't have this problem at other Sonic's. Lack of training.
This crew was awesome I got all of my food and it was hot and delicious. My mom was very happy about it because her burger was right.I stop going to the sonic in my neighborhood because it takes 17 minutes to get 2 bags of ice.

Shout out to Alyssa the manager at sonic on main! I went for a strange request. My Father has Alzheimer’s and has stopped eating. However, if I bring him sonic he’ll eat! The staff in memory care suggested getting the bags, French cups, and drinking cups to put his meals in as to possibly prevent more medication! I was willing to PAY FOR IT!
