My Husband and I went into this location on 7/24, 30 mins before closing. We were greeted by Jakob who was still all smiles and jokes despite the large crowd awaiting food before closing. We made our ordered and Alondra asked if we were interested in wating 25 mins for food. Stopped at this location as we were otw to dallas. Service was good, fast, efficient. Food was fresh, crispy, delicious! Paula really stood out to us though because as we were waiting for our food she told us that if we do the survey on the back of our receipt we could get a free piece of chicken. So I did it, got my code & Paula gave me a free piece of chicken! Such a simple act but I really appreciated that she brought that to our attention. & she was friendly 🫶
I came around 9:30pm to get some chicken. There was a lot of people waiting for chicken, and the people that helped me were Jakob and Alondra. They were over worked and they still made sure my chicken was fresh and gave me unforgettable customer service. I will be coming back again, thanks to these amazing workers.
