At Subway, customers praise the friendly and attentive service, particularly from staff like Julian, who takes the time to craft sandwiches with care. The store is clean, and employees are kind to customers, including older travelers. While some may be disappointed with the value of certain menu items, like the Chester Chicken, the staff's generosity and willingness to share their free subs with hungry customers make up for it.
