“My wife had been craving a pizza hut pizza. The day before, we placed an online order for the Waxahachie location. I went to pick it up at the appointed pick-up time and waited... and waited... and waited. I finally got one of the workers to acknowledge my existence. He went to the back, came back, and told me they were fixing it next, and it would be 10-15 minutes. At this point, I was already 45 minutes beyond the original pickup time. I told them to forget about it and just give me a refund. I went the next day to the Ferris location. I placed the order and explained what had happened the prior day. The worker seemed to be doing all she could to make this a better experience, and it was. I wish I'd gotten her name, but it was a great experience.“
“Pfft best pizza of my life, no exaggeration. Chili, lemon chicken wings and Swiss burger with Cajun fries. Everything we tasted was so good it was Just ridiculous will come back to try more haha however for 8.99 I would have expected a bigger plate of fries.“
“Talking about top notch customer service . I was having problems trying to submit my order online. I called Mr Jims she was happy and willingly ready to help me ( I didn't get her name) she knows who she is .without any hesitation she helped me from beginning to end . Mr . Jim is always hot when it's delivered and soooo good . Best customer service hands down..They also sent a treat with a note all I could do was smile . The kids were happy... “We ordered a Giant Deluxe Pizza and a Dinner Salad at the Dart Yard ☺, The Pizza is Delicious, Lots of Toppings, So Tasty. The salad was delicious as well, I love the pickled vegetables that were in it. ? You want a Great Food order from here. We do not get to Lancaster alot but next time we are here , We will definitely get our Pizza Fix, Salad and try their Wings. The man who took our order is so nice and he delivered our pizza as well. Great place For Pizza, say no to those other pizza places.“
