“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 100/10 Experience! I recently visited Wicked Chicken in Red Oak, and I have to say the food was absolutely amazing 100/10! When I first walked in, it didn’t seem like the friendliest environment, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, as we were leaving, Brooklyn completely changed my perspective. Her smile, kindness, and outstanding customer service truly sealed the deal for me. Brooklyn was so sweet, welcoming, and genuine. She made us feel appreciated as customers, and that type of service goes a long way. I would suggest that everyone on staff take a page from Brooklyn’s book when it comes to customer service. Her positive attitude left a lasting impression and is one of the main reasons I’ll be back. Great food and exceptional customer service from Brooklyn. Keep up the great work!“

“This place is good. A fast hot pizza is good in a pinch. But lately I noticed your pizza sauce has gotten a little too spicy. Maybe some like it a little more spicy. For me I can tell it's gotten a little too spicy. I can't eat it.
But the service is great. I love how someone just came and asked what I needed I got it and out the door. Good service though.“

“Today 5/30/26 we encountered the rudest group of individuals dining during lunch. They were being 100% disrespectful to the employee running the front area. I wish I had gotten her name but she handled the situation with complete grace. To those individuals, you should be ashamed for bringing your no home training to a public place.“

I ordered online and not sure what happened, but the order received by Mr Jim’s was different. They kindly took my order over the phone and swapped my pizza for what I ordered online! “Hopefully this is short and precise but this pizza, service and location in desoto is beyond good! I never tried this pizza until a month ago and have been eating it every weekend! The pizza is very fresh and distinguished! The standard of excellence begins with leadership and it’s led by Ms Kasey the manager! It’s more than pizza because it begins with those who serve! Ms Kasey was polite, understanding with those that appeared to be displeased and never changed her disposition! She pushes her crew firmly and with respect! Ms Kasey and staff is very exceptional and Pizza Patron in Desoto is my go to for my family! You can t go wrong 💪🏾“

“Asked some locals where I could actually fill up and they all pointed me here. Showed up half-dead and left stuffed like a holiday turkey.
Crust had real crunch, sauce didn’t taste like regret, and the cheese pull was ridiculous. Ate way too much, zero regrets. If you’re hungry and don’t end up here, you’re doing it wrong.“

“Definitely had to write a review since I decline to take my receipt upon ordering. I ordered a classic pepperoni pizza and was told it would be a 10min wait. As I waited I witnessed the employee hand other customers their orders as they walked in and remembered their order, very smooth transaction. My food was finish under 10 mins and was fresh and delicious! It appears to maybe only have 2 employees working and I very much thank them, they are doing a wonderful job!“

“I drive 25min out just to get pizza from this location. There is a pizza patron 3min from me but NO ONE makes pizza the way this location does. Trust me, I checked. I am slowly taking all of my family members here haha They all agree this is the best pizza. I have tried the Hawaiian, cheese, meat, pepperoni, and ill try more soon.“
