The last 2 times, food has been wrong and not fresh. I got someone else’s sandwich tonight on stale brown bread. My husband came out with stale chocolate chip cookies but took back in after a taste. Not sure what’s going on, but seeing how dirty things were and poor quality of food, we won’t go back. Too bad — used to be awesome, but food is too expensive to get something so inferior.

Older Schlotzsky's with excellent service and good Deluxe Original on Sourdough sandwich as only Schlotzsky's does. The dining area was quiet with just a few customers eating in. The Cinnabon Center of the Roll was warm, cinnamon smelly in a good way. They have a great sandwich but the lemonade is really watered down. The place is really starting to get run down and in desperate need of repairs. The food was tasty and the sandwiches were stuffed. A customer ordered a Pastrami and Swiss on Rye but got a Pastrami and Swiss Wrap. This is the only location that gets the toasted bread right.
