Floors were a mess, tables are too close together, Many tables were not cleaned off and not many "clean" places to sit. Tables too close to beverage station. Ran out of clean plates and silverware.
This is an excellent location that consistently is on top of replacing all the food so that its fresh and hot! Good customer service as well! Only complaint is that the bussers kept clearing the table while I got more food, which is good but my drinking cup kept getting taken and I had to keep going to the front to get more. Otherwise excellent food and service.

My husband was raving about this franchise for years! We FINALLY stopped into Cicis Pizza while in North Dallas.Service was expectional! The pizza options were pretty good and tasted great. My kiddos loved it!
