Its just the WAXAHACHIE store that refuses to FIX ISSUES WITH FOOD, NASTY TABLES BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. IVE BEEN CALLI G THE 800 NUMBER FOR YEARS ....THEY DONT CARE EITHER. I have ordered through the app 3 times now and my order has NEVER been correct. First time they left the rice out completely. Second time the gave me someone else’s order. Third time they left my queso out. I’ve never had issues when ordering in person, but I would HIGHLY advise against ordering from the to-go station. Their employees are either working too fast or just don’t know what they’re doing. It’s wrong EVERY time. Need more training and quality control.

It was my first time eating at a Chipotle. It was busy but the line moved fast. The employees were nice, attentive and everyone had on gloves which is a plus. The restaurant was clean. They give you a lot of food and the vegetables are fresh.
