“Loved it!! It's tiny but their food is Mighty!! I went with my kiddos for breakfast ended up trying Tripas, Bacon & Egg tacos, Asada taco.. and the Best Freaking Torta Ever!! We left very happy and with full tummies! We'll definitely be there everytime we visit Waxahachie!!“

“We do not go to this location often, however my Dad likes to go for his birthday after church. I gave the service 3⭐ because you can't make reservations for large parties here. I called ahead because I had a part of 12 and they said it's first come first served. Now everyone knows on Sundays restaurants are busy after church service and the manager who answered told me they don't do that. I explained it was a large party of older people and I didn't want them to have to wait and she still refused. I typically would have gone elsewhere, but it wasn't my birthday and I didn't want to have my father upset for his birthday celebration. So I sent my daughter ahead of us to reserve the table. When we got there everyone was sitting down talking and having a great time. I discovered a new menu item that I loved. Brisket enchiladas! I got sour cream sauce on it and it was amazing! Their drink choices are basic so I tried an agua fresca which at the time I didn't know wasn't refillable. ? (learned that lesson) It was pretty decent but I didn't want sodas or a plain lemonade. The atmosphere was great because I was surrounded by good family and friends. Besides going when my father wants to go I probably will not be going there with a large party again. I wish I would have taken pictures but I didn't.

“Mi Casa is our go to restaurant! Oscar makes sure his staff is well trained and attentive. The customer service is as great as the food. The atmosphere is very home town welcoming. So nice to see familiar faces when you walk in. Oscar comes around and talks to customers as well. He makes sure you know how much he appreciates you choosing Mi Casa. Highly recommend!“

“Had so much fun today! What was meant to be a quick visit became our fun night out. Our 4 year old son had so much fun and I had so much fun playing the games with him! Pizza was a bit small but enough for our son. I had a frito pie (sorry can’t remember the cute name) and it was delicious! Hopefully next year we can look into having his birthday party here!“

“Our nearby local grocery don't sell tortillas as they are renovating so I had to look for a place where they sell freshly made tortillas. As I was looking online, I saw Tortilleria La Mejor where my husband bought two bags of warm tortillas and we couldn't resist but to try them. They didn't disappoint, they taste as good and even bigger than what other store sells. We tried their street tacos, Al pastor also and it was very good! Highly recommended.“

“I've driven by several times before we made the stop. I love that it's called Tomatoes and serves both mexican food and italian food - What's not to like?! We went with Mexican dishes this time. Our group had the lunch size sizzling combo steak & chicken fajitas, steak fajitas, chili rellano, and quesadilla for the kid. The waitress was welcoming and attentive. Several people came in to pick up to go orders.
We got out of there for about $10 per person, which is such a deal!!
