In my consistent visits to this establishment over the years, I've noticed a hit-and-miss quality, primarily dependent on some of the staff. The consommé accompanying the fried Birria tacos often lacks the desired flavor and richness. Meticulously checking your order is essential, as there have been instances where items were missing.
