In my consistent visits to this establishment over the years, I've noticed a hit-and-miss quality, primarily dependent on some of the staff. The consommé accompanying the fried Birria tacos often lacks the desired flavor and richness. Meticulously checking your order is essential, as there have been instances where items were missing. The tacos were so delicious. I had the pork belly, best, best tacos I've ever had. My daughter had the chicken, she also said the same about her tacos. My husband had the birria tacos, same answer.
The meat was tender, and very tasty. The tacos have a charcoal flavor, just the right amount, not overwhelming.
