“Uhmmmm. How have we not been here before? Hands down the best Mexican food we've had. We've been to almost all of them in Alvarado, venus, midlothian, mansfield, burleson, waxahachie. But this place? Was amazing! It was a little toasty in there, but other then that. You've gotta try this place!“

“I was pleasantly surprised to see this food truck while driving through the small downtown area of Alvarado. The tacos were very good and it was nice to sit at a bench outside to eat for a bit. There isn't much of an atmosphere however. The service was good, easy to order. And the food came out at a decent speed. We each ordered the Taco plate for $8 (comes with 3 tacos, beans, and rice) and a Jarritos for $2.50“

“If there's one truly authentic Mexican restaurant in Alvarado, it's Flor Del Campo! Everything is hand made fresh and with authentic ingredients and flavors. Not your canned chain restaurant TexMex. They have a great menu with lots of variety. I have tried their birria quesatacos (YUM!!!), quesadilla (huge!), and street tacos (absolutely the best I've had, hands down). Prices are great. If you eat inside, you get chips and hot sauce, which are perfect. They have Pina, Horchata, and Hibiscus drinks available, too. Don't let it being in a gas station fool you. This place is worth the drive!!!“
