“Let me start by saying I am a super picky eater, especially when it comes to Mexican food. We never eat out on a week day but my son and I were exhausted and I did not have it in me to cook today or to drive out of the area we live in during traffic hours. He couldn’t even believe we were dining out on a week day lol. I remembered this place since I’ve driven by so many times and was convinced to try it since it had good reviews on google. I was very pleasantly surprised, everything was great! The food was yummy from the chips & salsa to the entrees, (I had the shrimp in diablo sauce and my son had gorditas) and it was nice, clean, and cozy. The gentleman who served us was super attentive and friendly. We will be back.“

“mexican inn is good ( hurst area ) but i’m sure this location is as well BUT i had a problem that they act like they couldn’t fix without the manger and im a manger myself for fast food and this problem didn’t necessarily involve a manger

“🥰👍The Mexican Inn Café – As a recent homeowner in the Fairmount Historical district of Fort Worth, Texas and needing a caterer for a Birthday celebration I searched yelp* with way too many choices. After much research and difficult pricing decision to make I took a deeper dive into the website for the Mexican Inn Café. What I found was lots of happy folks with both food and the restaurant. Next step was asking around for personal experience and found again lots of happy folks. Last step was a personal visit to check out the food. Well, that was a pleasant surprise for a restaurant that has been there for 60 + years – great food – great service and impressive service personal. Making the arrangements for the catering service was easy and working with Annette Rosas far exceeded my expectations. On the day of the birthday party the food arrived on time and their set-up service was excellent. OH, those yummy food smells. Everything looked delicious, was well prepared and the display was a treat to the eye. In addition - all was an enormous success from the party goers’ praises … except for there being little left over for me to enjoy the next day>LOL. I would like to recommend the Mexican Inn Café 8th Street in Fort Worth and Annette Rosas to anyone in need of catering services or an excellent place to eat. Thank you Annette for making my chose an excellent one – You are Amazing.“

“A few weeks ago on March 9th, we visited Maria's Mexican Kitchen in Fort Worth and experienced the BEST service we’ve ever received at a restaurant! The food and drinks and atmosphere were all amazing as well! Every staff member we encountered were genuinely kind and respectful and they all strived to do their jobs well! Our waiter, Scott, was the most personable and kind person! He’s the kind of person that you have a short encounter with, but that encounter has a long lasting impact on your life. This will for sure be a spot we come back to each time we visit Fort Worth and will always ask to sit at one of Scott’s tables! If y’all are in Fort Worth and looking for good Mexican food (salsa was amazing also!), great service and and overall great dining experience, check out Maria’s and ask for Scott! 😊“

“I'm from Dallas and grew up experiencing all cultures of food. Fort worth sometimes doesn't have the best selections. This place is incredible. I'm not kidding. My new favorite place to get birreria however you spell it, you will not regret this choice. Just go now. Everything so fresh. Great prices. Great job. I would think I would have to go to a nice restaurant to get this quality.“

“We have been eating at la Isla for 30 years. Mainly the Park Row and Cooper location and when they moved to Pantene we followed them there. We have sampled the menu widely but I am centered on the tostada de Ceviche for a start. Then the sour cream chicken enchilada plate. We love the rice and beans and I love to put some of the delicious salsa on them. My wife usually gets either the fajitas or the tacos Al carbon. The chips and salsa are great too. Moderately priced as well. Give them a try.“

“I was traveling from Midland Texas and decided to stop by after our trip to the Ft. Worth Zoo. First, the atmosphere is amazing, I loved all the vibrant Mexican colors and decor. I also loved all the little neon signs which made great photo ops, lol! 😅 The service was fast and friendly, the staff were super attentive and accommodating. Now, the food was aaamazing! I felt like I was back in my hometown of El Paso, TX. I didn’t expect such delicious and authentic Mexican tasting food, I definitely expected something rather Tex-Mex but no, the food was beyond my expectations. The salsas were divine. 👌🏼 I had the brunch chilaquiles and they were delicious! 🤤 The price is fair considering the vibe, food and service. 10/10 and I highly recommend. I wish we had something like this in the Permian Basin.“

“My husband, baby girl, and I had a GREAT experience at Roasted Chix!! My husband is a picky eater, so he ordered the burger. The owner brought him two different tacos to try for free so he wouldn’t have to purchase anything he was unsure about. They are so kind and the food is amazing. They had great options as well, including quesadillas for the vegetarians in our party! Can't recommend them enough! thank you Sazón doña Mary! 💖“
