“We went on Wednesday 1/14/26. There was 4 of us, we each had the fajitas for 2, we were a little nervous when we went in because we were the only ones there. As we were leaving it was filling up! Let me tell ya, that was the best fajitas that we’ve had in a long time, tender beef, good size shrimp and vegetables cooked perfect, even with a little squash. Service was great also. I’ve been in restaurant all my life, know what to look for! This place I would give a 10.“
“Best Mexican food that I have found that reminds me of California...Definitely not Tex-Mex. I highly recommend and the food/service is excellent.“

“I went on Sunday morning. Food was very good and fresh; service was also fast. Workers who were on cashier/line were helpful and nice when I approached her to ask her questions regarding my kid meals and sides. I'm very pleasant that this location opened up as it's very close to my home. Will be back.“

“I enjoy eating at Fastaco. The new location in Crowley has a great dine in atmosphere. They have a fresh salsa bar (as well as a full sit down bar) . The food is fresh and inexpensive and the service is way above what you’d expect for fast dining. They also offer a teacher discount which I am grateful for!“

“Roasted Chicks in Crowley, Texas stands out because it keeps things simple and does them right. Their chicken is consistently flavorful, juicy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned on the outside without being overcomplicated. Whether it’s rotisserie-style or roasted with their signature spices, you can tell they focus on quality and consistency instead of just rushing food out. That kind of reliability makes it a go-to spot when you want something that actually hits every time.
Another reason people rate it so highly is the balance between taste and value. The portions are solid, especially for the price, and you don’t feel like you’re overpaying for what you get. The sides—like rice, beans, or roasted veggies—complement the chicken really well and don’t feel like an afterthought. It’s one of those places where you can get a full meal that actually fills you up without spending a lot, which matters when you’re trying to eat good on a budget.
On top of that, the vibe and service add to the experience. It’s not trying to be fancy, but it feels welcoming and local, like a spot people in the area genuinely enjoy. Places like that build a reputation because they treat customers right and keep them coming back. When you mix good food, fair prices, and a chill atmosphere, it’s easy to see why Roasted Chicks is considered one of the best spots in Crowley.“
