Carnitas la Autentica de Michoacan serves authentic and delicious carnitas that are incredibly tender, juicy, and full of flavor, just like the traditional taste from Michoacan. The homemade tortillas are fresh and change the whole flavor of the food. The salsas are amazing, and the service is nice, friendly, and quick, making customers feel right at home. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming. Specific meals include a burrito de carnitas, a torta de asada with a glass coke, and two pounds of carnitas with tortillas. The owners are super nice and always greet with a smile, even providing samples of carnitas before purchase. While the aguas frescas could use a little more sugar, the food is otherwise 🔥🔥. With no long wait times and plenty of parking on mansfield hwy, it is a must try for authentic Mexican food.
