“We were in town for the weekend, so we wanted something familiar for my gluten-free teen. Mari was very polite and helpful. The restaurant was clean and service was quick. My kid got the shrimp Baja tacos and I ended up getting my usual, chicken nachos. Probably the most balanced nachos I've ever gotten. Plenty of cheese and chicken to support all of the chips. Definitely a great place to stop if you're in the area.“

“We tried Eggsquisite Cafe in Waxahachie for brunch after church. The wait time was shorter than anticipated. At our table we were greeted with a smile by Cheyenne C. She was very sweet, personable and knowledgeable. We ordered a turkey, avocado, bacon wrap with sweet potato fries & fried okra to split. She had it splt for us before bringing it out. Our food was delivered quickly and was delicious. Even split we couldn't eat it all, so a to-box it was. Everything was perfect but the best part of our visit was Cheyenne and her sweet personality. We will definitely be back.“

“Our church group went here last Saturday afternoon after a church singing. We had about 20 people and we got seated immediately. Heather was our server. Let me tell you folks. She is amazing! Got our drink orders quickly. Remembered what we were drinking, which is mind boggling! Got our food out very quickly and of course it was delicious. “Ohana has a really nice Japanese feel to it. The traditional decor and the smell coming from the kitchen made the place feel welcoming right away. The staff were friendly and always had a smile.

I ordered the Shoyu Ramen with soy broth, pork belly, scallions, bamboo, diced onions, and an egg. The broth was the star for me. It had this deep, savory flavor with a little sweetness underneath, almost like the soy had been cooked down into something richer. Warm, comforting, and full of umami without tasting too salty. Every sip had that roasted, almost earthy depth that made me want to keep drinking it.

The pork belly was ridiculously tender. Soft, juicy, and rich, with just enough fat to make it melt in my mouth. The egg was creamy and silky in the middle, and the bamboo and onions added some crunch and freshness to break everything up. Simple, warm, and really satisfying. This was exactly what I wanted from a bowl of ramen.“

This place is great, it's small, but very clean and just a friendly place to stop for some home cooking. my breakfast was excellent, I think I was the youngest customer in the place (63). I will be stopping again, remember if the locals like it then it's a great place..“

“I’d been looking for a restaurant that served good black bean burgers near my house and thankfully I found Branded Burger Company. I ordered on DoorDash and as soon as I got it I was amazed at how big was and delicious it tasted. I added avocados and mushrooms to it as well as the lettuce pickles and onions that came on the side.

The fries were also tasty and seasoned well. I will absolutely be ordering from here again when I’m ready for another one of my favorites. It’s nice to have a pace with good veggie options. Thanks BBC!!
