MOD Pizza offers a unique experience where customers can pick their toppings, including anchovies, which is not common at most places. The restaurant has a great selection, good service, and tasty drinks. Many customers praise the speed and quality of the pizza, with some noting that having it hot out of the oven is the best way to enjoy it. The thin crust and fresh toppings elevate the pizza even further. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, making it a nice place to sit down and enjoy a meal. The staff is attentive and accommodating, often fixing issues quickly and ensuring a satisfying experience. Customers enjoy creating their own pizzas with a variety of toppings, and many appreciate the ability to order a bottle of beer to go with their meal. While there are occasional concerns about order accuracy, the team consistently strives to make sure everyone leaves happy. Jade, a staff member, has been recognized for her excellent service, turning upset customers into happy ones by addressing their concerns. Despite some setbacks like overcooked dough or disappointing cheesy garlic bread mentioned in reviews, many still find the pizza to be good overall and plan to return, especially for the fun and friendly environment. MOD Pizza remains a go-to spot for fresh pizza made to personal liking, with top-tier customer service on each visit.
