It was my first time eating at a Chipotle. It was busy but the line moved fast. The employees were nice, attentive and everyone had on gloves which is a plus. The restaurant was clean. They give you a lot of food and the vegetables are fresh.

The line is always long with no end insight. The food is underwhelming due to the people not caring and they ALWAYS UNDER FILL your bowl. Then ask if you want double. Then the prices aren't outlined when it comes to extras or how you get them. I got queso blanco on the side as an extra for my bowl and they said it's an extra $2.70 vs $1.70 since it's not directly over it. Also the steak was old and dry and when I brought it to their attention I was met with nonchalant attitude from them. Not at all what they used to be

I go to various locations because I move around a lot and drive in and out of town a lotI always get my kid rice and that’s it Because he doesn’t want to eat anything else with it besides shredded cheeseI never paid more than two dollarsToday she charged me seven dollars and tried to justify it about how many scoops of rice it wasBefore corona, a steak bowl was under eight dollars. Make it make senseBe careful from this location.

I would rate this store a negative 1 star and below. Customer service is horrible from management too the poorly behaved cashier. I walked in and there was a young woman in line who suggested that I go ahead she was going to wait on the freshly cooked chucked that Eason the grill. I looked in the pan and the cashier was trying to serve us the dried up crumbs from the bottom of the pan. She got mad as hell that we all chose to wait. All meaning three customers. So here comes the rude always out of uniform manager looking like she just walked in off the street. She didn’t see what the problem was and why we didn’t want that crumbs.Well since this is my SECOND time receiving rude service from this store and the same rude lil manager. I’m NEVER going back to this store. The BEST Service and Food is at the Red Oak Store. Trust me, drive the extra miles for quality!!!

I walked in came through the line and nobody else was there, but they immediately started rushing me and my husband. The lady didn’t ask if I wanted veggies or queso she just put the meet and and handed it over like she just wanted me to get out. The other guy was making rude faces at my husband as well, yall need to fix your customer service bc it’s just unacceptable. The tables were dirty as always as well. Then this other lady came in shortly after and they gave her great customer service… treat all customers with respect.

Its just the WAXAHACHIE store that refuses to FIX ISSUES WITH FOOD, NASTY TABLES BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. IVE BEEN CALLI G THE 800 NUMBER FOR YEARS ....THEY DONT CARE EITHER. Putting you in touch with the manager is like putting you on touch with a the robber who just robbed you? The food is not great and the servers and staff have come a long way. They used to have a manager here I don't remember her name but she was a peice of work. Like not willing tonnage ownership when the quality of food was not great she was always like..."we just put that out" or "the meat is cooked at the same temperature" when you could clearly see it was dry. Anyway I think she's gone because now the staff seems happier and more enthusiastic and helpful. The food is not consistent with the chains...AT ALL.
I have ordered through the app 3 times now and my order has NEVER been correct. First time they left the rice out completely. Second time the gave me someone else’s order. Third time they left my queso out. I’ve never had issues when ordering in person, but I would HIGHLY advise against ordering from the to-go station. Their employees are either working too fast or just don’t know what they’re doing. It’s wrong EVERY time. Need more training and quality control.
