“First I want to say we live in Red Oak and when we dine-in we ALWAYS choose Lancaster over Waxahachie due to the quality of food and the staff being much friendlier. So this is our go-to Cici’s for in-store. Tonight we placed an order on the Cici’s app for delivery and unfortunately we were missing our brownies so I left feedback online to the store to let them know. Unfortunately for the store, their third party delivery driver was given the brownies but did not deliver them. When I tell you… within 5 minutes I received a call from the store. I missed the call but it was Mr. Victor calling to apologize and correct the missing item. When I called back I spoke with Mr. Albert. Both of these gentlemen went above and beyond tonight and I hope they receive praise for the way they turned my night around. Not only did I get my brownies, but they made me a FULL size order of brownies, a Bulgarian pie pizza (my favorite 🥹), and they offered my daughters each a drink to-go as well. All I had to do was go pick it all up at my convenience. I truly believe that people like Victor & Albert are the reason Cici’s is still thriving after all these years. A+ customer service, thank you for restoring my hope in food service. We are so used to having to take our losses when we order out now. Thank you Cici’s and especially Albert & Victor for making it right and making my kiddos happy again. The Lancaster location will forever be our Cici’s home 🏠❤️“

“Establishment was clean. The young men were courteous and polite. He replied with yes ma'am when I asked a couple of questions. The same treatment was for everyone who walked in the door while I was standing there. This is my first time at this location, and I was impressed by the young people working diligently. We ordered 4 different types of pizza and some puff pizza online. Everything was hot and fresh.“

“My daughter wanted pizza even though it was snow and ice on the roads so we ordered online and slowly drove to pick it up. The time kept changing and after being in the drive through line about 20 minutes we went inside. Our food should have been ready by 4:26, but it was another 35 minutes. There were many of us waiting, but we understood. People were walking in to order and we're told it would be 1.5 hours and they placed orders. I was extremely pleased with the staff. There were only 3 working, but they were nonstop and had the best attitudes. I saw no one slacking. Kudos to the best staff and service and great pizza. It was worth the wait. Thank you!“

“Great little store. From online order to pick up just 20 min. The only challenge is around 5 and 6pm parking. Being around Wal-Mart people park around the spots for the store and you might have to park in 3 rows back. Carry out is the way to go. The custom pizza was correct and the chessey sticks where just right. I enjoy this little neighborhood papa John's“

“Ate there for the first time this evening. The fettuccine alfrefo with chicken was delicious. Portions are large. I loved the toasty rolls. The owner/manager was friendly and provided good service.“
