I have been to a bunch of McAlisters. This place is the worst one I have ever gone to. Although the interior is new and nice, they were slow to make the subpar food, got the order wrong, and service was terrible. They messed up my wife's BLTA. By forgetting to add the avocado and then decided to never bring it out to her. Even after she told them they forgot it. They dumped our food off at our table and gave us no silverware to eat with. The staff was the epitome of customer service tonight. I made an error when ordering and chose the wrong location overtures of this one. When I went to pick up the order, not only did they NOT make me feel ignorant or guilty for choosing the wrong place, they went beyond by replacing my order (without having me pay again), gave me a couple of cookies because of the long wait, and topped off my drink. This is my favorite location because they have a drive thru!! I tried something new today and was not let down! The 1/2 Lemonade 1/2 Sweet Tea is good,but I added the black cherry puree & it's soo good!! I got the choose 2 & tried the grilled chicken Ceasar wrap, 10/10 recommend!! The Ultimate Nachos with chili was delicious! The chili itself was a 7/10 due to tomatoes, I'm picky, lol. Also had to try the Mardi Gras cookie.? I'm definitely trying something else new next time!
