“About 40 of us showed up at Hickory Tree Grill around 6:30 on a Saturday night to celebrate a football win. The entire staff were so accommodating and friendly. We only had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes to be seated. This was a combination of parents and boys ages 11-12 along with a couple of toddlers. The entire staff were so professional and never acted like we were an inconvenience. Everyone’s drinks were kept full and food was served quickly. The food was great!! Wanted to give a special shout out and thank you to Angie the shift manager, she was awesome! We will definitely go back but probably not with 40 people at one time😊“

“I had a wonderful experience at this location, From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and organized. The food was fresh, delicious, and prepared quickly, even during a busy time.
One employee who really stood out was Mia. She was incredibly nice, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. She greeted customers with a smile, made sure everything was going smoothly, and was willing to help with any questions. It's always refreshing to see someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service, and Mia definitely made the experience even better.
The rest of the staff was friendly and hardworking as well, and the restaurant was well-maintained.
Between the excellent customer service, fresh food, and positive atmosphere, this location exceeded my expectations.
I will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend the Burleson Jason's Deli to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service.

“We stopped here for lunch today. We were greeted when we walked in.
Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. The food was served fairly quickly and it was very hot and delicious.
We hadn't been here in several years but its nice to see that the quality and portions are still good and the price point was also good.
We'll have to come back more often.“

And last, but not least, the GM, Zeke, of this restaurant is VERY attentive, caring, friendly, professional, and present! I've had the pleasure to speak with him on several occasions and that's something that you don't see at competing restaurants: the general manager on the floor speaking with guests and getting to know them. “Yesterday I went to McAlister’s Deli and ordered a Southwest Chicken & Avocado Salad as a to-go order, but we were accidentally given the Savannah Salad instead. Normally that wouldn’t have been a big issue, but I specifically ordered the other salad because I cannot stand blue cheese — and the Savannah Salad was full of it, so unfortunately I couldn’t eat it at all.

I called them this morning, and they were incredibly sweet, polite, and professional. Without any hesitation, they immediately offered to refund the money when we came by. We actually chose not to take the refund and instead sat there and enjoyed the Southwest Chicken Salad and soup for lunch.

That kind of customer service and professionalism is honestly rare these days. I’m really proud of McAlister’s Deli and the way they do business. Excellent customer service and a wonderful experience.“

“I enjoy eating at Fastaco. The new location in Crowley has a great dine in atmosphere. They have a fresh salsa bar (as well as a full sit down bar) . The food is fresh and inexpensive and the service is way above what you’d expect for fast dining. They also offer a teacher discount which I am grateful for!“
