“Went quite a bit when they first opened and then stopped dont know why for sure but went back fri night because I saw an add for shrimp and grits and it was very possibly the best I've😍 ever had wife had pizza with Wagyu steak equally as good. Need to ck this place out you wont be disappointed”

This is where things fell short.
The service felt detached, as if the waitress was distracted or simply going through the motions. The overall vibe in the restaurant — felt unusually downcast, which affected the dining experience.
•Would I Return?
I would absolutely visit this franchise again, because the food is worth it. But returning to the Burleson location specifically is questionable based on the atmosphere and service during this visit.”

“This is mostly a review to say that a server named Lemmond was maybe the best server I have ever had at a restaurant. I don’t like telling restaurants it’s my birthday but when I went to Outback yesterday he treated me and my Fiancée like kings and queens and gave me an honestly unforgettable experience and put a much needed smile on my face. Just outrageously outgoing and accommodating and if I ever came back I would be blessed to be lucky enough to have him as my server again. The steak was amazing too but Lemmond being so friendly and warm really was absolutely amazing”

“Hibachi chefs are both phenomenal. Tommy is our favorite, and very interactive and personable. The management is also very friendly and cares about your experience! Food couldn’t be better — sushi is the best (burleson roll if you like spicey, you won’t regret it!) we are frequent visitors and have never had a bad experience.”

“About 40 of us showed up at Hickory Tree Grill around 6:30 on a Saturday night to celebrate a football win. The entire staff were so accommodating and friendly. We only had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes to be seated. This was a combination of parents and boys ages 11-12 along with a couple of toddlers. The entire staff were so professional and never acted like we were an inconvenience. Everyone’s drinks were kept full and food was served quickly. The food was great!! Wanted to give a special shout out and thank you to Angie the shift manager, she was awesome! We will definitely go back but probably not with 40 people at one time😊”

“Villa Dianna is sooooo good. We have always gotten their pizzas and in my opinion, they are the best pizzas I’ve ever had. They are huge too which is a bonus! Today was my first visit inside and I loved it! It’s so cute inside and has a really nice vibe to it. As soon as you walk in, it smells amazing and made me so excited to eat some good food. I got the chicken and shrimp combo (not knowing how big it is; it’s HUGE by the way) but it was sooo good. I absolutely love their Alfredo sauce. But the portion is so big you will definitely get to enjoy it more than once! That made me even more excited for it. I definitely recommend going to Villa Dianna anytime! Whether dinning in or getting it to go!”

“Me, my wife and her family were looking for a place to have breakfast today. It being Christmas Day, I know that the pickin's we're going to be slim. We went to 1 place and got completely ignored. So we said let's try Waffle House on Renfro. There was a place for all seven of us to sit and they weren't completely slammed, but yet they were still busy. I'll tell you, I've been coming to this location for at least 15 years and i've never had a bad meal here, ever. Today was no exception. The way that the staff worked with each other in tandem with the servers was something to watch. Surprisingly, our waitress and the other ones that were there, kept cool under pressure and handled us with grace and attentiveness. Everyone seemed to be in a good mood and was in amazing spirits since it was Christmas. So big thanks to the entire staff that handled the 7 of us and as well as everyone else that was there today!”

“I come to get the tea here almost daily. Today, I stopped in with my husband as usual for tea. I brought an empty styrofoam cup I had from sonic to stop at Quick Trip to put ice in it, but had an idea to fill it with ice at HTeaO, rather than having to make another stop on the way home at Quick Trip. The cashier was going to charge me .95 for the ice, but I told her, I brought my own cup and I only needed ice. I said, I have my own cup, and she looked at me smugly and said, but it's their ice. So my husband poured it out and we went to a Quick Trip to fill my cup with ice. As always, they gave me ice with a smile on their face and that is just one reason why I love Quick Trip. I really like the tea at HTeaO, but I think I'll go back to McAlister's for tea after being treated so rudely over frozen water.”

“I visited for the first time due to Andrew Sevener performing and loved the atmosphere. Everyone was extremely friendly from the time I walked in. One of the bartenders, who was working near the stage, kept my drinks safe while I went to the bathroom. As someone who's frequently out alone, I couldn't have appreciated that more! Then Kim texted me my picture with Andrew and invited me back. What a nice group of people. It was my first time in Burleson, TX and I felt very welcomed. The food and drinks were great as well. I came in close to the end of breakfast hours—around 10:45 AM—with a pretty large order of breakfast burritos, fully expecting it might be an inconvenience. Instead, the team went completely above and beyond.
The cook made sure my order was taken care of without hesitation, even with the breakfast cutoff approaching. Not only did they accommodate the request, but everything was prepared with care and quality, and the food turned out fantastic. It’s not often you see that level of dedication so close to closing a menu window.

“Yesterday I went to McAlister’s Deli and ordered a Southwest Chicken & Avocado Salad as a to-go order, but we were accidentally given the Savannah Salad instead. Normally that wouldn’t have been a big issue, but I specifically ordered the other salad because I cannot stand blue cheese — and the Savannah Salad was full of it, so unfortunately I couldn’t eat it at all.

I called them this morning, and they were incredibly sweet, polite, and professional. Without any hesitation, they immediately offered to refund the money when we came by. We actually chose not to take the refund and instead sat there and enjoyed the Southwest Chicken Salad and soup for lunch.

That kind of customer service and professionalism is honestly rare these days. I’m really proud of McAlister’s Deli and the way they do business. Excellent customer service and a wonderful experience.”

“Sadly even with the right training sometimes things are not done right as I've learned over the years, many employees, management and more will turn the blind eye to things even when trust is broken you want the best for a restaurant and more, FasTaco has always been a great place for not only eating but enjoying being with one another and working, visiting has been a downside from customers views, and missing the perfect tostada's and picture perfect nachos Albert and Bob would always coach about , the training needs to return and coaching that they have done and remembered through out the years hopefully will return and get better.”

“Not all chains are the same. This one is SUPER well run with a very friendly staff and you can tell the manager cares about training and taking care of people. Hannah was our server and was friendly as could be plus we never once had to ask for a refill on beverages or chips. While the food was pretty standard On The Border it was presented well and served hot. We were a party of five seated right away and I was completely impressed with the entire experience.”
