I've had the pleasure to speak with him on several occasions and that's something that you don't see at competing restaurants: the general manager on the floor speaking with guests and getting to know them. “I went there tonight and it was a great experience. We ordered drinks, appetizers, and entrees. I had an espresso martini and the blackberry martini, and my partner had the boomerita. All of the drinks were very good and came out quickly.

The appetizers and entrees came out quickly but with the correct spacing for us to enjoy each course separately, which I preferred. The service from Jacob was also very good.

Overall the experience was great and we can't wait to go back. I also got a rubber koala duck that will go into my rubber duck collection so the whole experience was a win overall.”

“I have yet to discover a sushi place better than Sushi Axiom! We've been coming here since 2018, and it's still our favorite restaurant. I always order the Colonial Roll and the Crab Egg Rolls. While other places may have similar sushi rolls, none have crab egg rolls quite like Sushi Axiom, and they're one of the biggest reasons we keep coming back! I also used to love their Stella Rosso wine before it was discontinued a few years ago.

This visit was made even better by our server, Kylie. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She checked on us throughout our meal, kept our drinks filled, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Service like hers makes a great restaurant even better.

The food is consistently amazing, the atmosphere is always enjoyable, and experiences like this are exactly why Sushi Axiom continues to be our favorite. Thank you, Kylie, for taking such great care of us—we look forward to coming back again soon!”

Wish we had a server that was more attentive were we did not have to get our own coffees and a waitress I could find easily. I will say that management helped a lot but I wish we had a waitress that was more available. Now for the location that they put us in it was amazing, but my problem was is when the door was shut it made it hard to hear everybody. I would recommended a party here but suggest these options.”

“We ordered a variety of seasonal macarons from Southern Charm for a baby shower in June, and they were an absolute hit! Every single flavor got rave reviews from our guests — beautifully crafted, perfectly balanced, and so fresh. You can tell they put a lot of love into their work. Not only were the macarons delicious, but they were also beautiful and added such a special touch to the celebration. Highly recommend for any event or sweet craving!”

“Villa Dianna is sooooo good. We have always gotten their pizzas and in my opinion, they are the best pizzas I’ve ever had. They are huge too which is a bonus! Today was my first visit inside and I loved it! It’s so cute inside and has a really nice vibe to it. As soon as you walk in, it smells amazing and made me so excited to eat some good food. I got the chicken and shrimp combo (not knowing how big it is; it’s HUGE by the way) but it was sooo good. I absolutely love their Alfredo sauce. But the portion is so big you will definitely get to enjoy it more than once! That made me even more excited for it. I definitely recommend going to Villa Dianna anytime! Whether dinning in or getting it to go!”

“About 40 of us showed up at Hickory Tree Grill around 6:30 on a Saturday night to celebrate a football win. The entire staff were so accommodating and friendly. We only had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes to be seated. This was a combination of parents and boys ages 11-12 along with a couple of toddlers. The entire staff were so professional and never acted like we were an inconvenience. Everyone’s drinks were kept full and food was served quickly. The food was great!! “Me, my wife and her family were looking for a place to have breakfast today. It being Christmas Day, I know that the pickin's we're going to be slim. We went to 1 place and got completely ignored. So we said let's try Waffle House on Renfro. There was a place for all seven of us to sit and they weren't completely slammed, but yet they were still busy. I'll tell you, I've been coming to this location for at least 15 years and i've never had a bad meal here, ever. Today was no exception. The way that the staff worked with each other in tandem with the servers was something to watch. Surprisingly, our waitress and the other ones that were there, kept cool under pressure and handled us with grace and attentiveness. Everyone seemed to be in a good mood and was in amazing spirits since it was Christmas. So big thanks to the entire staff that handled the 7 of us and as well as everyone else that was there today!”

“I come to get the tea here almost daily. Today, I stopped in with my husband as usual for tea. I brought an empty styrofoam cup I had from sonic to stop at Quick Trip to put ice in it, but had an idea to fill it with ice at HTeaO, rather than having to make another stop on the way home at Quick Trip. The cashier was going to charge me .95 for the ice, but I told her, I brought my own cup and I only needed ice. I said, I have my own cup, and she looked at me smugly and said, but it's their ice. So my husband poured it out and we went to a Quick Trip to fill my cup with ice. As always, they gave me ice with a smile on their face and that is just one reason why I love Quick Trip. I really like the tea at HTeaO, but I think I'll go back to McAlister's for tea after being treated so rudely over frozen water.”

One of the bartenders, who was working near the stage, kept my drinks safe while I went to the bathroom. As someone who's frequently out alone, I couldn't have appreciated that more! It's always refreshing to see someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service, and Mia definitely made the experience even better.
The rest of the staff was friendly and hardworking as well, and the restaurant was well-maintained.

“Yesterday I went to McAlister’s Deli and ordered a Southwest Chicken & Avocado Salad as a to-go order, but we were accidentally given the Savannah Salad instead. Normally that wouldn’t have been a big issue, but I specifically ordered the other salad because I cannot stand blue cheese — and the Savannah Salad was full of it, so unfortunately I couldn’t eat it at all.

I called them this morning, and they were incredibly sweet, polite, and professional. Without any hesitation, they immediately offered to refund the money when we came by. We actually chose not to take the refund and instead sat there and enjoyed the Southwest Chicken Salad and soup for lunch.

That kind of customer service and professionalism is honestly rare these days. I’m really proud of McAlister’s Deli and the way they do business. Excellent customer service and a wonderful experience.”

“Sadly even with the right training sometimes things are not done right as I've learned over the years, many employees, management and more will turn the blind eye to things even when trust is broken you want the best for a restaurant and more, FasTaco has always been a great place for not only eating but enjoying being with one another and working, visiting has been a downside from customers views, and missing the perfect tostada's and picture perfect nachos Albert and Bob would always coach about , the training needs to return and coaching that they have done and remembered through out the years hopefully will return and get better.”
