“This restaurant really went above and beyond, not only in the quality of the food, but in the situation I experienced after Uber Eats failed to properly deliver my order.

Fish City Grill made sure that everything was made right without even being asked.

When I arrived, I could tell the staff had worked together in addressing the issue that Uber Eats had created.

I'm very picky about my fish choices, so I am glad I made the choice to eat at Fish City Grill.”

“Villa Dianna is sooooo good. We have always gotten their pizzas and in my opinion, they are the best pizzas I’ve ever had. They are huge too which is a bonus! Today was my first visit inside and I loved it! It’s so cute inside and has a really nice vibe to it. As soon as you walk in, it smells amazing and made me so excited to eat some good food. I got the chicken and shrimp combo (not knowing how big it is; it’s HUGE by the way) but it was sooo good. I absolutely love their Alfredo sauce. But the portion is so big you will definitely get to enjoy it more than once! That made me even more excited for it. I definitely recommend going to Villa Dianna anytime! Whether dinning in or getting it to go!”

“I had my birthday dinner at Cava in Burleson with a few close friends and family and we all left impressed. The restaurant was spotless, the dining room was clean, the drink station stayed stocked, and you could tell they really take pride in keeping the place nice.

The food was so fresh and honestly different from the usual fast food places. I love that you can customize everything and all the ingredients actually tasted fresh. The flavors were unique, the portions were generous, and everything we tried was delicious.

I also want to give a huge shout out to Selena. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely seemed happy to help. Since we had a small birthday group she made sure everyone got what they needed, checked on us, answered questions, and just went above and beyond to make the experience special. Customer service like that is getting harder to find.

The only little things I noticed were that one of our pitas was a little more toasted than we would've liked, and one drink machine was out of one of the teas for a bit. Neither of those things took away from the experience at all.

Overall it was an easy 5 stars. Great food, a super clean restaurant, and amazing customer service. We'll definitely be back.”

“About 40 of us showed up at Hickory Tree Grill around 6:30 on a Saturday night to celebrate a football win. The entire staff were so accommodating and friendly. We only had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes to be seated. This was a combination of parents and boys ages 11-12 along with a couple of toddlers. The entire staff were so professional and never acted like we were an inconvenience. Everyone’s drinks were kept full and food was served quickly. The food was great!! Wanted to give a special shout out and thank you to Angie the shift manager, she was awesome! We will definitely go back but probably not with 40 people at one time😊”

“Decided to give smaller local business a try versus going to another chain for pizza and was certainly not disappointed. The pizza was tremendous and the cheese garlic appetizer was quite tasty as well. Pizzas are larger than anticipated, so sharing is definitely encouraged! Pizza was cooked with quality in mind and you can taste it in every bite. Even out picky 6 year old enjoyed it and said it's second favorite pizza store! Will be back again soon.”

“I come to get the tea here almost daily. Today, I stopped in with my husband as usual for tea. I brought an empty styrofoam cup I had from sonic to stop at Quick Trip to put ice in it, but had an idea to fill it with ice at HTeaO, rather than having to make another stop on the way home at Quick Trip. The cashier was going to charge me .95 for the ice, but I told her, I brought my own cup and I only needed ice. I said, I have my own cup, and she looked at me smugly and said, but it's their ice. So my husband poured it out and we went to a Quick Trip to fill my cup with ice. As always, they gave me ice with a smile on their face and that is just one reason why I love Quick Trip. I really like the tea at HTeaO, but I think I'll go back to McAlister's for tea after being treated so rudely over frozen water.”

“I visited for the first time due to Andrew Sevener performing and loved the atmosphere. Everyone was extremely friendly from the time I walked in. One of the bartenders, who was working near the stage, kept my drinks safe while I went to the bathroom. As someone who's frequently out alone, I couldn't have appreciated that more! Then Kim texted me my picture with Andrew and invited me back. What a nice group of people. It was my first time in Burleson, TX and I felt very welcomed. The food and drinks were great as well. So we said let's try Waffle House on Renfro. There was a place for all seven of us to sit and they weren't completely slammed, but yet they were still busy. I'll tell you, I've been coming to this location for at least 15 years and i've never had a bad meal here, ever. Today was no exception. The way that the staff worked with each other in tandem with the servers was something to watch. Surprisingly, our waitress and the other ones that were there, kept cool under pressure and handled us with grace and attentiveness. Everyone seemed to be in a good mood and was in amazing spirits since it was Christmas. So big thanks to the entire staff that handled the 7 of us and as well as everyone else that was there today!”

“Village Creek Brewing Co. and Smokehouse Republic @ Village Creek Brewery Co. are exactly the kind of local places Rendon needed. Village Creek has a great laid-back Texas atmosphere with plenty of room to hang out, a solid selection of locally brewed beers, and even local wine from nearby Burning Daylight Estate. It feels more like a neighborhood gathering place than just another brewery.

Smokehouse Republic makes the combination even better. The Texas BBQ and smashburgers pair perfectly with the beer, and there are plenty of choices whether you want brisket, ribs, sausage, or a burger. The whole setup is casual, family-friendly, and a great place to spend an afternoon or evening without having to drive into Fort Worth.

Definitely worth checking out and supporting two local businesses bringing something new to the Rendon/Burleson area. Good beer, good BBQ, and a great hometown atmosphere. We’ll absolutely be back.”

“Tried Mooyah for the first time and we were pleasantly surprised. We were skeptical because we aren't from the area and have never heard of Mooyah. The burger was exceptional!! The bun gave the burger its edge. We were also in a rush and worried it may take too long due to the number of orders ahead of us, but the service was quick and friendly. “This Taco spot is inside of a gas station, so I initially wasn't thinking much about it, I ordered 2 Asada and 1 Pastor and they made it all up within 5 minutes. The salsa came in little cups, a green creamy salsa and a creamy smooth orange spicy salsa - the spice surprised me, make sure to not drown your tacos in them or you might cry - The asada to me was solid, a bit chewy but tasted good; whereas, the pastor was incredible, it was savory and with the perfect hint of sweetness to it and it being paired with the spicy salsa was amazing. “This is my local place to go “you know where everyone knows your name” Thursday is my favorite day to go because I know I won’t be ignored. Julez is hands down the best bartender here. Even if it is busy her communication and customer service is immaculate. I would visit more often if all of the bar staff was like her or if she worked more days. The only reason for not a 5 star rating is I was in last night 9/9 to have a couple beers and go home but after me and my friends 1 beer we felt ignored. So I walked to the POS to pay them we left. “We’ve been to the Burleson Dairy Queen twice now, and both visits have been excellent. Out of the Dairy Queen locations we’ve tried in this area, this one has been the best.

The food was fresh and cooked to order both times. The fries were hot and crispy, the burgers tasted fresh, and everything we ordered was prepared well. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

I’m not sure if we happened to visit at just the right times or if this location is consistently this good, but after two great experiences, we’re very impressed. We’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend the Burleson Dairy Queen to anyone looking for a good meal and friendly service.”

“This Five Guys was pretty solid. Food came out quick and everything was hot and fresh. Burger tasted great and the fries were probably the best part, they give you alot which is always nice. Staff was friendly and didnt have to wait very long. Little expensive for a burger but overall it was worth it. Definitely coming back.”

“This location has always been good to me. It does get busy only because of I-35. However, they always seem to get the line down fast. Service is usually great, and the staff is nice.

If this is too busy, there are three other locations that are great too: Crowley, Albertsons, and Everman.”

“First time here. The customer service is amazing at dine in. I totally did not tip (and I feel bad) because I thought I take my own food and throw then away but it wasnt. Even when I didnt tip, they were so amazing taking the plates asking if we were doing ok. Next time I visit I will have to double tip.
