Gave them 3 chances. 1st time, wife was served undercooked chicken and got food poisoning...couldn't leave the house the next day. 2nd time food was good. 3rd time, meat was massively overcooked...chewy and dry. Some pieces were inedible and were 100% black. Disappointing. Wife and I love Hawaiian food in general, but our Mo Bettah's experience has been terrible.

Meats like the Katsu are perfect, and both Chicken options are great. The macaroni is also great and pretty spot on. While some found the steak different from what is typical, the food is still good. For those who gave it another try, the food was significantly better than a bad day, making it a solid and convenient option. The price of a regular plate is incredible, often providing two meals. The customer service is always above par, with smiling staff who make everyone feel welcome. It is an all time favorite spot to eat in Burleson.
