Customer Service. Terrible.we called our order IN for pick up. The girl took the order and hung up. Didn't say your order will be ready in 20min or anything and not even a bye NOTHING!!! We had to call back because we didn't know cost or time. Terrible... then we got there to pick up in person the service didn't improve. Papa Murphy's you have great food but you need to train your staff. Do better!!
Two guys made our pizzas. We bought 2 large. The guy that took our order was very very, patient and nice and professional-kinda long dark hair and glasses. Didn't get his name. They both did a great job! Give them a raise!!

This has got to be one of the friendliest Papa Murphy's stores I've ever been to. They are always prompt with their service. They take care to make sure your pizza is prepared exactly the way you ordered it. I only had one problem due to a mixup in the store hours between their online app and the actual location.
