“We enjoyed another reunion event in October, 2022. After having such a great time in June… we planned a Fall repeating event at this same place. Again, it was amazing service, excellent food, and such a supportive time we all enjoyed. We 10 star recommend this restaurant for any event you would like to host. “My first time there and let me tell you. The service was great. She explained what they had and how they cook it. Good selection of food. The place was very clean and inviting. Little cheesy on the Korean dance videos but funny. I was very impressed in the food. Delicious and hot with a variety of sauce to choose from for toppings. Cute take home bowls. Loved it. Will definitely go back.“

“Had breakfast there this morning & omg I’m so picky about my orange juice always being very warm but not here it was so very cold and I love love love that !! I love it so much that I had 2 glasses & I never do that anywhere!! The French toast was amazing!! The chicken & waffles was a huge hit as well !! I will b back for sure ! Our waitress was excellent as well loved her I don’t remember her name but she amazing!! The whole staff was amazing and that’s the kind of service that keeps customers like me coming back !! I highly recommend this place if you haven’t tried it !! 😋😋“

“Beautiful restaurant, great staff. The breads breadsticks are always top notch, the salad seems like they modified the blend or are only using GMO ingredients s🤔 .
As for the main dishes, you dont even need Italian Blood to know that this is not the best Italian food around.“

“This was my first visit on a whim and it did not disappoint! The Freedom Rings was on point, the bread was juicy and buttery, the onion strings were crispy…simply delish. I wasn’t a huge fan of the mushrooms, but they didn’t take away from the awesomeness!!“

“Yesterday I went to McAlister’s Deli and ordered a Southwest Chicken & Avocado Salad as a to-go order, but we were accidentally given the Savannah Salad instead. Normally that wouldn’t have been a big issue, but I specifically ordered the other salad because I cannot stand blue cheese — and the Savannah Salad was full of it, so unfortunately I couldn’t eat it at all.
I called them this morning, and they were incredibly sweet, polite, and professional. Without any hesitation, they immediately offered to refund the money when we came by. We actually chose not to take the refund and instead sat there and enjoyed the Southwest Chicken Salad and soup for lunch.
That kind of customer service and professionalism is honestly rare these days. I’m really proud of McAlister’s Deli and the way they do business. Excellent customer service and a wonderful experience.“

Dietary restrictions: Cauliflower crust.
Parking: Lots of room to park.
Kid-friendliness: Open atmosphere, plenty of places for families to sit.

“Not all chains are the same. This one is SUPER well run with a very friendly staff and you can tell the manager cares about training and taking care of people. Hannah was our server and was friendly as could be plus we never once had to ask for a refill on beverages or chips. While the food was pretty standard On The Border it was presented well and served hot. We were a party of five seated right away and I was completely impressed with the entire experience.“

“Went quite a bit when they first opened and then stopped dont know why for sure but went back fri night because I saw an add for shrimp and grits and it was very possibly the best I've😍 ever had wife had pizza with Wagyu steak equally as good. Need to ck this place out you wont be disappointed“
