“Afternoon. Our family has been RELIGIOUS Chick-fil-A supporters everywhere our lives have moved us. Sarasota, Orlando, Sanford, Florida and our last Texas city of Plano. We moved here to Burleson this month and have been frequent drive through customers...Today was our first experience inside your Burleson store... and I'm in literal shock. One of the reasons we've chosen to support Chick-fil-A is not only their quality food, but their facilities and personal experience; and while your food and personal were still up to standard, the facility was unexcusable. I wish I could attach pictures of every disgusting booth (Not only torn apart but massively dirty). I'm questioning how this is allowed corporately because I have never seen anything like it in ANY store we have visited. There is no shortage of customers and it doesn't take much to steam clean cloth seats or replace leather seats? I was very disappointed. I am hoping that our neighborhood Chick-fil-A could be a place I would bring the kids, especially over the summer... and honestly McDonalds was a higher standard than this.. Eesh can't believe I'm saying that.. Sorry, I'm not usually a complainer.. but I LOVE Chick-fil-A and this was embarrassing today.“

“The meal and service were fantastic. Grace and Jodie are wonderful, welcoming, and incredibly polite. They mentioned they were understaffed but the service and meal were fantastic and nothing seemed as if they were understaffed! This is a great stop to enjoy a meal in Burleson. Please open one in Cleburne! My favorite thing was their macaroni and cheese??“

“I’ve been to this location several times and have been pleased each visit. Place stay clean, chicken fresh, and friendly employee. I was having trouble on my mobile app and Iran took time to help me complete my order. Thanks again till next visit!“

“I went with a couple of my friends after seeing the hype on TikTok, and it did not disappoint. The food was incredible, the sauce, spice, everything. Customer service was amazing. We were served by David and he was excellent and went above and beyond. Definitely will be coming again.“

“Brother, for the price this is 5 stars. I don’t care who told you otherwise. Solid food. This was my first time dinning here. I didn’t know what to expect, I got the catfish… a two piece… idk if Christ is walking with me closer or what cuz they hooked it up with another fillet. I also ordered gizzards so they probably felt cool with it, but man… if you miss and crave catfish and are strapped for cash… this is what’s up. They sell canned drinks, I got 3 for $2.15(including tax). Can’t beat that with a stick. Get the sweet tea. You’re welcome.“
