Came into the KFC in Burleson, TX, to order a bucket of chicken, and it was a great experience. The food was delicious—definitely five stars! We were also assisted by DQ, who provided outstanding customer service. He was friendly, helpful, and made our visit even better. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for great food and excellent customer service. Definitely gain a new customer 10/10 ⭐
Food was good could be great, but ussue is the tiny wing.. and the broken leg, the legs and wings are not comparable to size of thigh breast.. the sizes just dont come or look like from same size group. This needs to be fixed. It isnone of the reasons why I dont shop KFC as much. I like a big wing and a big leg, theirs are undersized.

KFC offers hot, fast chicken and accurate orders with great customer service. The staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. They are friendly and attentive, and the restaurant has gotten much better, cleaner, and is run better. The service is not as slow as it used to be. The woman working drive thru was awesome, very sweet, and provided amazing customer service. Employees are polite and friendly and actually care about customer satisfaction, making customers feel appreciated. Despite some past challenges, KFC is still a reliable choice for a delicious meal.
