One star for friendly workers who are over worked. One star for my order being correct. The stars not given are for the length of time and waste of gas in drive thru. Needs a better system. Will not make that mistake again. From the reviews I read they should be aware of this and should be looking for a better system. Two windows in drive thru lame but only one utilized for pay and pick up. And a second line with workers running in and out to collect payment and a second trip...read full review
Good food :) good customer service too !
I was at Whataburger today and I didn’t get the young woman’s name but she was super helpful. Helped carry my food out to my car since it was just me with a big order. Super helpful and my order was spot on.
