This location is definitely not it. My bf and I have been craving the fries and spicy ketchup so we both ordered meals and than got a few extra orders of fries and some onion rings aswell. the first issue was how long we had to wait in the drive through line with only 2 cars in front, once we got home we realized we didn't get half of our order so we went back up there, Went inside and as we were waiting like 20 min we could hear them talking bad about us having went back up there and saying we were complaining. So whataburger overnight and the overnight staff isn't it.

Love Whataburger's everywhere but was especially impressed with Youssef, who seemed happy to help us at our table twice and like he genuinely enjoyed his job. I know how grueling working at a restaurant can be, much less fast food, but that kind of attitude is what will keep Whataburger ahead of other places in my book

waited 20 minutes to have order taken and 45 for food. whole crew definitely high including manager. once we got the food it was wrong and cold. wouldn’t recommend to a friend definitely rather go to the one in cleburne

Waited over 45 minutes at the drive-through, wondering why I haven't received my food. Turns out they gave my order to someone else! Had to go inside and show them the receipt. Afterward, they started working on it. Won't be returning to this location. Avoid at all cost!

Waited at the counter for 21 minutes before an employee came to either see what i needed or take my order. I had already placed my order online and my food had just been sitting there. By the time i got my food it was cold. Also its not like they didnt know i was there they walked by and made eye contact with me numerous times. Avoid this place like the plague

I hate to complain, but what happened to this Whataburger? Don't bother coming here anymore. Go across the street to Freddy's. Whenever I feel like Whataburger, I drive to Alvarado.

This location gets worse and worse each day. If you can't staff properly overnight, then SHUT ONE LANE DOWN! I waited in the inside lane while THREE cars in the outside lane got acknowledged and served without a single word from the intercom. Drove around to the window and all I get is "we're short staffed and I'm managing all areas." So, if you can't handle two lanes, logic says to close one. Run your business better.Used to come every week, and now I barely come a few times a year. This location is a joke of its former self.

Drive thru refuses to utilize both lanes. The result is a 38 minute wait and I am late to work!! And then the order is incorrect!!!
