What can I say? I’m from Nebraska and was down for school when a friend suggested I try hard eight BBQ. Customer for life! So great! The jalapeño sausage is 10/10. Everything I tried was excellent. I now also highly recommend it!
Stopped by Hard Eight this weekend. By far the best BBQ I’ve had to date. This is coming from someone who has lived in the Southern East coast. Variety of different meats, pretty expensive but absolutely worth every penny. We purchased the brisket, ribeye, jalapeño and cheese sausage and sirloin. All was extremely juicy and not over cooked. Staff were extremely helpful. Will definitely come back!
Outstanding brisket that is extraordinarily tender and flavorful. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Not a glamorous place by any stretch, but do you go to a BBQ for glamor? Of course not! You go for food! Hard Eight is great!
