This is the first time I've been to this location - have experienced Hard Eight in a couple different locations before. The food is always excellent but this one stood out because there was one staff member that went above and beyond with each of us in our group. I'm assuming it was a manager and he was so very kind to our baseball players (we had a team dinner there) and parents !

Forget a museum, your next artistic encounter might be at Hard Eight BBQ. Walk in and you're greeted by a mesmerizing display of smoked meats, strategically arranged across a glorious pit. Each glistening piece is a masterpiece, a testament to the art of slow and smoky seduction. The aroma itself is a work of fragrant ambrosia, and the selection is enough to leave you wide-eyed with indecision...in the best way possible.

One of the better chains but it's not "craft bbq". Service and atmosphere is always great.

There was no meat on the ribs due to being burnt beyond recognition. It was horrible. Maybe I was in the wrong part of town & that was my invitation not to return there EVER!

Brisket was very juicy…as they soak in something prior to ordering. Sausage was decent, but had run out of the Jalapeno version. I’d say just a bit over priced.

Don't go to this location. They only had pulled pork and sausage.. no other meats. They are unorganized at this location, sadly.

I just love it here the food is the just the best place to get good BBQ and if your trying to for the first time great place too ima a very picky food person and this place made me want to try new things, and I love the brisket DEFINITELY recommend for first time the beans are great ima very very picky when it comes to my beans and finally got the gut to try then and was so mad I didn't eat them the first time lol, and I definitely recommend the Mac n cheese it's the best nothing can top it for me and has a great atmosphere love the workers there they are so nice and kind and also the fries there are sooo good I didn't know they had them there till I saw someone with them and had to go bad and get more I also like that they don't charge for extra bread and just love it there definitely a good first BBQ in Texas place to go to.Parking: Parking can be easy to find u just need to go at the right time but lunch and dinner is definitely the most busiest times, but u can still find parking easily.Kid-friendliness: Yes is definitely kid friendly and doesn't ignore the kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes definitely wheelchair accessible and is a open concept place.
