This is my 2nd time here this week. I picked up at exactly 9pm. However I specifically asked for peppered sausage and got a normal Echrich sausage. I'm very pregnant and very disappointed. I love the peppered sausage. This is so regular and lack luster. I picked BBQ for a reason. I could have bought this from Walmart. I'm less bothered by the cold food which happens occasionally here. Dom (Dominick) is an amazing young man. He fixed issues that other staff caused and kept customers happy. The staff missed orders and Dom made everything right. He has natural management abilities for such a young age. I’m not sure if he is a manager but, he should be for sure.

The brisket was like chewing on dried roast beef. The mac and cheese was like water. The ribs were tender, if not a little on the dry side. The peper sausage was good, great flavor but a little dry. The potato salad tastes like they got it from a grocery store. The pickle had a nice crunch to them and the banana pudding was decent. Very fluffy and smooth. The saving grace was the hot bread brought to your table. This is not what I wanted my first Texas bbq to taste like.
