I got a torta de milanesa and I really liked the buttery crispy bread that it came with. My brother got the sopes and he said they were one of the best yet. He actually licked his fingers, so I know he wasn’t lying. His sopes came with rice and beans which were quite good as well. My only issue was the chips that came with my torta, I didn’t see the point of them. This is a food-truck located in Burleson. I had to hunt the place down as there was no address on any of their online websites (5336 FM-1187 Burleson, TX). It's next to a small tire shop on the FM road and is kinda hard to see if you're not paying attention.The menu was filled with options; from different canned soft drinks to horchata and agua frescas to churros with an assortment of different fillings.
