Food is always great, but tonight the service was horrible. I understand. I was a couple of minutes there before closing time but that’s no excuse for the attitude. The girl just tossed my bag. Wasn’t too pleased about that. Then I get home and realized I had no bacon in my sandwich and I was charged for it. I got the Philly cheese steak. The meat and the veggies were seasoned well and very tasty. The bread was soft yet firm enough to hold everything together.
The reason I chose the 4 star instead of 5 was because the cheese wasn't melted all the way.
If they would have cooked it 1 minute longer the cheese would have been perfect and the sandwich would have deserved a 5 star rating.
Reguardless, I will definitely be back.

We love Jersey mikes and normally
We go to another location because when we say that my mom has allergies and not to mix meat and cheese cuts together .. they clean and put it in one area without mixing cuts . Today , the gentleman handling the cutting ignored the request and the direction of one of his colleagues - he cut the cheese and turkey then he cut the roast with it all behind everything . I don’t like to argue after making a request . Mom will not be eating her...read full review
